Lost in Shipping
Any orders lost during shipping will not be the responsibility of Nadine Prada Inc.

Shipping Responsibility on Returns
The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

Other Policies:
The majority of the orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Nadine Prada Inc. does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Large originals (over 4' x 4') that require the construction of a shipping crate will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order.

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
